This service, which is given in short or long term according to the needs of our patients, is done through home care doctors and executive nurses on the patients,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Who have a risk of death and are requiring permanent medication,<\/li>\n<li>Whose treatment will be continued at home,<\/li>\n<li>Who have bedsores,<\/li>\n<li>Who are connected to with respiratory device,<\/li>\n<li>Who are cancer in terminal period,<\/li>\n<li>Who will be discharged from the intensive care unit to home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process for our patients or patients&#8217; relatives who are seeking intensive care nurse services at home is as follows;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On behalf of the patient to be seen and evaluated, the home care nurse visits the site.<\/li>\n<li>In order for the patient to benefit from intensive care at home, environmental conditions are evaluated and any deficiencies are eliminated.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of medical devices is provided if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>The home care nurse carries out the filling of the forms in order to meet the patient&#8217;s needs and to evaluate the patient&#8217;s condition according to the treatment planned by the attending physician in this field.
